Questions, answered
What is a credit?
Credits pay for practice calls on the models we host. A trial starts with credits and adds more every day. On a custom plan you buy credits for your organization, or skip them for any stage you run on your own keys.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account and everything in it stays. To keep training, move to a custom plan; we set it up with you, so you only pay for what your floor uses.
Can we use our own AI accounts?
Yes, on a custom plan. Add keys from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Cartesia or Groq, or point a stage at your own server or a RunPod endpoint. Keys are encrypted before they're stored and only the call pipeline uses them.
Who can see our data?
Only your company. Every record carries your company's id, and the database itself refuses to show it to anyone else. Our support staff need two-factor sign-in, and every change they make is logged in your audit trail.
Who is TrainClosers for?
